Privacy Policy

Short version: we only collect what we need to run HighRank for you. We don't sell or share your data. Credentials are stored encrypted.

What we collect

• Your email address, to sign you in and contact you about your account
• Site URLs and connection credentials (Application Passwords, API keys), to publish articles for you
• Articles we generate and their publishing history
• Stripe customer ID for billing (Stripe stores your payment method, not us)

What we do with it

• Run the HighRank service: generate articles, publish to your site, send Friday recap emails
• Improve the product, in aggregate (e.g. "what percentage of articles get edited before publish")
• Comply with legal obligations when required

What we never do

• Sell your data to third parties
• Use your private content to train external AI models
• Publish to your site without your authorization

Subprocessors

We use these services to run HighRank: Stripe (payments), Anthropic (article generation), Resend (transactional email), Railway (hosting), Cloudflare (DNS). Each handles your data under their own privacy policies.
